Why need unique email address for each participants?
Each participant must have a UNIQUE email address. ( Note: if parent will register for multiple participants, one participant = one unique email address)
Participants must create a Sportstats account to upload results/ times. This is for FREE and one time only. The email address used to create the account becomes the account login for every succeeding VR and must be unique per participant.
As part of the result upload process, participants will need to create a free Sportstats account. The email address used to create the account becomes the account login, so each participant must use a unique email address.

When are the results final?
Due to the nature of virtual racing, rankings can change. Results are considered final once the submission window has closed.
The event will take place between Saturday and Sunday.
Giving you ONLY the weekend to submit your results.

How do I submit my .gpx file as a result for my virtual race?
Step 2- Click on submit results. (Marked as 1 in the first image)
Step 3- Click on GPX Upload. (Marked as 2 in the first image).
Step 4- If you are not already logged in, it will prompt you to login to your sportstats account.
Step 5- Add your file where it says Drag and drop a file here or click. (Marked as 4 in the second image). Select the race you are uploading your result to in the dropdown if it is not already selected then select upload. If you check off share my route with other members they will be able to see your route map from your gpx file.
Step 6- Once your result is submitted you can access it via the my results tab in your dashboard or by selecting view results for that event.
How do I submit my time manually as a result for my virtual race?
Step 2- Click on submit results. (Marked as 1 in the first image)
Step 3- Click on Manual to manually enter a time (Marked as 3 in the first image).
Step 4- If you are not already logged in, it will prompt you to login to your sportstats account.
Step 5- To manually enter your time you will be prompted to enter the hours (HH), minutes (MM ) and seconds (SS) of your time as well as the distance in metres and date. Select the race you are uploading your result to in the dropdown if it is not already selected then select sumbit result.
Step 6- Once your result is submitted you can access it via the my results tab in your dashboard or by selecting view results for that event.
How do I connect my strava account?
How do I download a GPX file from Strava?
Step 2- Open the activity you would like to export.
Step 3- Click on the three dots on the left side of the page.
Step 4- Click on Export GPX and your file will automatically download.
